Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Messageplaying Plumbing wants all people to be able to use messageplaying.living. That includes people with disabilities. This statement shows how we think about it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as we can reach. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Many sites use these standards.
Steps We Aim to Take
We try to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people get around the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site now and then. We work to correct problems as we find them.
Need Another Way In?
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a plumber. Or email contact@messageplaying.living, and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
We welcome your feedback. Email contact@messageplaying.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device, or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message. We aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
This work does not end. As we update the site, we will keep accessibility in mind and keep making it better.
